  1. 2 cups broccoli packed roughly chopped soft cooked, well drained, ~400g/13 oz raw broccoli, Note 1
  2. 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 3/4 cup shredded cheese Cheddar, Colby or Tasty cheese are my usual
  5. 2 shallots / scallions, finely sliced
  6. 2 cloves garlic minced
  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  8. black pepper
  9. olive oil spray
  10. 2/3 cup yoghurt plain
  11. 1/2 lemon
  12. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  13. 1/2 garlic clove minced
  14. 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil adjust to taste, depends on fat % of yoghurt used
